    Hello, thank you for your answer. I forgot to mention that I had found the support article already and tried to fix it with that, but nothing seems to work.

    Same problem here, have emailed the Withings team whom responded they are aware and working on this. It has been a month though, and still no fix!

    Hello, I have issues with this since they introduced it. Everything seemed to be worked after update. But this past week it’s been unreliable. Has there been any further notice on this problem?

    I have the same issue, sometimes an activity comes up in Strava a few hours after recording it via the health mate app, sometimes it does not sync to Strava at all. Withings is saying the issue is with Strava and that they are working on it. I have raised a support request with Strava but it seems they do not have a clue as they refer me back to Withings support. I sugggest everybody to raise support requests with Strava until they fix the issue

    I can't believe it is a strava issue! Strava works well with tens of providers, including the biggest brands... This is clearly a withings issue, a pity they are not able to fix it, its been months they are aware.... They need to hire proper geeks...

    I could not believe it either hence I raised a support request with Strava. Strava support came finally back to me yesterday after various emails bouncing back and forth admitting that the issue in on their side. This is what they replied:

    My workouts appear on Strava at 1.30am from the previous day. So they are being uploaded but not until 12 hours later. Frustrating.

    I did not get any further reply however 2 - 3 weeks ago it started to work again. At the moment I have no issues, sync is working fine. The workout appears after a few minutes in Strava

    Sync is happening for me, but with varying results. Sometimes full data comes across to Strava. Sometimes, and particularly with paused rides, only data up to the point I paused comes across, with nothing for the resumed portion of the ride. Other times, Strava correctly records the duration of the whole ride, but not the distance, and has no segment or analysis data at all. In all cases, the full ride is tracked in Health Mate. Withings support responded to my suport request yesterday evening and are looking into the issue.

    Clearly there are still problems with the Strava cycling sync.

    I have found the Strava upload to start working again in the last 2 weeks. However with broken data sometimes. Everything mentioned in previous comment and issues with Hr data.

    Thanks for your replies. I was thinking to buy myself a new watch and came across the Withings devices, but after finding out about the Strava issues I want to be sure, that there are no issues, since it would be a deal breaker for me.

    Maybe someone from Withings could comment again, we'll see.

    As you might have noticed, on top of some ofe the withings support pages there is a small header saying that Strava is aware of an working to solve the issue.

    Hope that comes true soon, as for now it's just a mess.

    I think your instincts there to hold back are good Bigrandalo. Aside from the Stava integration problem, I'm really pleased with the watch. I'd previously held back from buying because of the lack of Stava integration. So it's particularly frustrating to have waited for the integration to come, then bought, to discover the integration can't be trusted. Hopefully this is just a temporary problem. If they do get it fixed though, it will be a great choice. I have a recent review of the Steel HR Sport on amazon.co.uk to that effect.
