    sent in my BP monitor for repair approximately one year ago.

    never heard from you.

    forgot about it because while waiting i purchased an OMRON from walgreens.

    wife just asked me what happened to the real good one?!

    Since March 2019 when I first time contacted you about the problem with the Aura product I wasn't able to get it to work. I contacted them on 26 august 2020 Support Service again than it was gup in communication I was waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and then today your f**** customer service representative informed me that the case is closed without informing me

    My wristband suddenly broke, though the Steel HR watch/wristband is no more than 10 month old, as I received it 2020 Dec. 17th.

    I have linked a snapshot, showing where it broke - at the tip of the screewdriver.
