I came across this article that pointed out that there exist way better measurements of daily reccomended activity than steps, Personalized Activity Intelligence or "PAI" (https://forskning.no/aldring-ntnu-partner/100-pai-et-enkelt-tall-forteller-om-du-trener-nok/1626269). The author states that it has a way higher correlation to actual health outcomes such as longevity and sickness, and is an overall better measurement for health. All the hardware one needs to measure it is heart-rate.
Could Withings possibly integrate this in the app? I would love to rather see my PAI on the activity counter on my Steel HR than the step counter.
