I have a problem with my Steel HR Sport watch (40 mm). The watch is discharged and turned off. After placing it on the charging station, after 20 seconds the screen turns on and shows 0% battery. When I hold the button for about 15 seconds, the watch starts and shows 100% battery. When the watch is removed from the charging station, it switches off immediately. After putting it back on the charger, the situation is the same as at the beginning of the message.
How to fix this malfunction? Can the battery in this watch be replaced?

BUT: why replace with a non rechargeable battery?
I place my watch in the charging dock but it shows no charge indication.
The 4.1 volt may be to low?
Have you tried another USB adapter?

I found a solution to your concern. Why don't you try to leave the watch off of the charger for 24 hours without charging it. After 24 hours, place the watch on the charger and check if the display lights up. If nothing happens, charge the watch for a full 12 hours and check if it will turn on now.
I hope that the following steps will help you to resolve the issue.
Note: You may also try to rinse the watch in warm water for 20 seconds without pressing the button
