I bought a brand new Withings Steel HR Sport on Saturday (16.02.2020). Unfortunately the button of the watch went wrong after 2 days, the shop changed me the watch completely. After two days the button of the new watch went also wrong, I have to press it too deep to have any reaction on the screen. My finger is paining.
So, I am really sure, that this is an issue of the whole series.
I like my Watch, therefore I do not want to cancel the order by the shop.
My question is the following: What is happening, if I bring my watch to the official repair shop of the withings? Is it possible to change the button for a fixed parts, where this series issue does not effect?
