I have the same problem since this afternoon. Tried everything but can’ fix it either.
Same problem from this morning, several resets didn't help.

I just fixed it. I did the reset by unplugging the connection 5 times as described in the manual. Then I removed the device from my Bluetooth list. Then I plugged it back in until it blinked blue. Then in the app select your device and go to WiFi connection. Select your WiFi network and then select the device from the Bluetooth list that will pop up. that fixed it for me.
No, Withings fixed it. I did over half a dozen resets since this morning and it made no difference - I still wouldn't get live feed from the camera. I tried again after reading your post and it now all just works - without me doing any resets of any kind. Now even on old fault got fixed - back in December my camera suddenly stopped playing any of the sounds or music tracks loaded on it. Got a replacement from Withings, same issue out of the box. Clearly something went wrong on their end today and when they fixed it, they fixed my other issue as well.
I have unplug 5 times and still solid Orange. I have tried quick and slow disconnect from the low power connector and 120VAC outlet. Same result still solid orange.
