LoseIt account linking fails

    I also disconnected and reconnected then received the following error (I noticed my Lose It app stopped syncing about 90 days ago. What do we need to do to fix this?

    ”Service Unavailable

    The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request.

    Please try again in a few minutes.”

    If Withings is claiming "Lose It" as a partner app, and the primary reason that people use "Lose It" is to track their calorie intake, would it not make sense to expect to be able to IMPORT this data from "Lose It" into the Withing Health Mate app?

    At the very least, we need a way to manually enter the calories consumed into the Withing Health Mate app.
