Hi - intrigued to know if this happens to others. I wear my Steel HR sport on my wrist all day (as have always done with other watches).
Whenever I check my sleep recordings, 95% of the times it includes time that was spent on a sofa reading a book or watching tv in the evenings!
Yes, I know that I can edit my sleep. But if every day this is what is required, that clearly becomes a needless chore and clearly makes the sleep tracking functionality rather useless....at least for me!
I wonder whether a functionality of starting your sleep tracking may make more sense then. Or sleep tracking needs to have a better calibration based on individuals' typical HR rate (btw mine is on the low side i'd guess, 40bpm when sleeping)
Any feedback by Withings or other users appreciated.
