The recommended % of deep sleep is 45% of total sleep.
I cannot find any supporting evidence of this percentage. Most literature I've seen recommends 1-2h of deep sleep for an avg 8h night for a typical adult.
Recommend to update recommended deep sleep as such.

Agree as well. I am getting about 2.5 hours of deep sleep a night currently. Everything I found online says that is a good/normal amount but this app is consistently rating my deep sleep as bad. It would be great to hear from someone at the company why they recommend that 45% of sleep be deep. It is stressful to think I may be consistently lacking in truly restorative sleep!
