    Totally agree, current deep sleep rating is misleading

    Agree as well. I am getting about 2.5 hours of deep sleep a night currently. Everything I found online says that is a good/normal amount but this app is consistently rating my deep sleep as bad. It would be great to hear from someone at the company why they recommend that 45% of sleep be deep. It is stressful to think I may be consistently lacking in truly restorative sleep!

    Glad I found this. I also found it strange that I consistently get bad deep sleep rating despite sleeping plenty and not feeling sleepy during the day.

    • Highly respected database from the National Institutes of Health says n healthy adults, about 13 to 23 percent of your sleep is deep sleep. So if you sleep for 8 hours a night, that’s roughly 62 to 110 minutes.

    Exactly. Do they even look at this? What's the point if they don't change the numbers of acknowledge this post, or provide the evidence for their decision.
