    Are you using the Apple Health app to track your steps? If yes, please check if it's connected. You can check this link https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/articles/203728916 and follow the steps to connect your Withings account to Apple Health. I hope this helps.

    This is simple, although shouldn’t happen. Simply delete the Healthmate app, and keep Health data when you are prompted. Then reinstall it from the App Store, relink Health and all should be well.

    I have this every time I get a new phone with all Health integrated apps. A restore doesn’t restore Health permissions fully, so it looks like Health permissions are on, but they aren’t.
