My BPM does not inflate.

    Hi there having the same issues. Was working fine didn’t use it for a few days and now it doesn’t inflate. Tried deleting and installing a few times still no, changed batteries etc. No luck

    Hello,

    Same problem here.

    Contacted support. Response is very slow and elementary (things I figured out myself). This is going on for almost 5 weeks. I just received the feedback that most likely my hardware is broken and seen it's out of warranty I need to buy a new one! I get 25% discount they say. Seriously?! This is the second BPM I'm using (the first had exactly the same issue)! Bad quality and bad support! No withings garbage for me anymore!

    Hello

    had also same problem, goes up to max 100mHg not more.

    Support only says reset it, but this is surely hardware proplem

    with unthight arm belt

    Will looking to buy new BPM, but not from Withings :-(

    I have same problem did not use for 6 months and now does not inflate. I did all reconfigurations but it is a hardware problem.

    It should have any way to replace any component that inflates and the solution cannot be buy a new one.

    Mine was in a box, zero scratches and no solution until now.

     

    It is my first BPM but I have not used a lot and is now broken without reason. Bad quality and support is worse. Do not buy this.
