Hi, if have my new Pulse HR now just for 1 week and tried to recharge it since yesterday but is does not go. I have checked and there is 4.7V current over the pins of the recharging cable/ docking station The display also does not show the recharcing sign

I have exactly the same problem. New device and trying to do my first recharge on Pulse HR isn't working. I've tried plugging the USB end into multiple outlets/adapters, and nothing works. The display does also not show recharging sign. I've contacted Withings support and I'm waiting to hear back.

What is funny: Withings support is sending me to the forum to find a solution, and people on the forum are sending me to support
