Health mate stopped syncing data with Apple health

    Hello Withings users, 

    We have recently released an update (4.9.3) that should resolve the issue with Health Mate crashing, please update the app and let us know if you are still experiencing this issue.

    Same issue here except it's not syncing weight in any of the third party health apps I use. The weight is correct in the Health Mate app and in my Withings account, so I know the data is making it to the servers, just not to any of the other apps.

    Generally the answer for this is to delete the app, in this case Healthmate, and keep your Health data when prompted. Then once the app is deleted reinstall, you should go through the linking process with Health again ensuring all of the permissions you want are on.

    Hi Henry...I have done that but it didn’t help. The data is there on the health mate app but the health app doesn’t see it. It is something that has been changed on 6th April that is causing an issue (whether in the Health app or the Healthmate app, but it has affected several users)

    I also tried that before I posted and it didn’t help. I sync data with Health and a food tracking app, both of which synced perfectly before. There was an update to Health Mate, and after it installed the syncing stopped with both apps. That seems to point to something changing with Health Mate.

    I'm having the same problem. I have deleted the app and reloaded it. I have reviewed all settings within ios and all settings are correct. I even did a factory reset on the watch and re-paired the bluetooth. Nothing has worked. The device is still tracking properly and the numbers on Health Mate app are correct. Somehow, ios Health app is not allowing Health Mate to write the data, despite all settings indicating that it has permission to do so. Ios Health app shows no data at all being written from Health Mate. Prior to April 5, integration into Health app worked perfectly.

    I have updated to ios 13, but this occurred prior to that. It must have been on the Health Mate side.  Please push out a fix.

    Hi there, I have the same problem, science 07-th april 2020 no steps sync more with Apples Health App. Dear Withings Team, open the source code, please or at least start with testing software before release. I would like make it for you but the software is closed. Let build up a software developing community to make things better. I hope you can resolve the current issue soon. Thank you.

    I can confirm that doing nothing more than updating health mate to v4.9.3 fixed this issue for me. Thanks Withings!

    Hi guys,
    I have an issue with the sync but is beyond what you have described. My Apple Health app stopped pulling data back in 2017. I got all permission on and aync enabled between the apps. I want to fix it to see what Apple does in terms of analysis.
    Any ideas how to deal with this?

    Same here. No transfer of weight or body fat to Apple Health since August 28th.

    It just stopped working. Health Mate has been configured as data source for Apple Health, but nothing is transferred. Switched it off and on again, but that did not help either.

    I use Health Mate version 5.1.0.
