Watch and app will not stay connected

    So the vagaries continue.  Yesterday the watch recorded a workout (just time and the fact that I was cycling).  Meanwhile the app recorded a separate workout at the same time.  The app recorded a full GPS map of the cycle I was on but was unable to provide a distance for the cycle.  This morning I went for a run.  The app did record actually seem to work today, but it recorded the run entirely through the app and became disconnected from the watch at some point.  It was connected when I set off, but disconnected by the time I got back.  It is so frustrating.  Does anyone out there have any idea if I can get a refund on this watch?  it was a complete waste of money
