    Just got my BPM connect and get the same error message when I try to connect to my wifi network. Had no problem connecting the scale when I bought it nor reconnecting the scale when aI change my wifi password

    I've got the same problem with a brand new BPM Core. Very frustrating seeing as there's nothing wrong with my wifi.

    Did all of the above over and over. I’m tech savvy and tried everything even related to anything I found on the internet. My iPhone could see it, even their crazy app could see it, but when I entered wifi info, always got an error. On a whim, did the first part of the setup and when it came to wifi,  checked, I do not have wifi. It decided I could now use it!!! Holy cow, this took way to much time when I won’t even be using their app except to connect to another health app. No wonder people are frustrated and return them. 🙄

    I just received the BPM Connect unit in early July 2020.  Started the installation setup process. But did not get very far before the installation failed. Samsung S10e displayed these messages 1) looking for your BPM Connect 2) Connecting.... 3) Failed to connect to your device. The Samsung S10e shows that the BPM Connect has been paired. I have not been able to chat with a person on the Withings chat line....well except BOT.  BOT's suggestions didn't help resolve the installation issue.  The only Withing phone number that I have found is 617-225-4352.  This number was identified on the credit card statement as Withings number.  I called this number, several times and was sent to voice mail.  The last time I left a message about this issue and asked for someone to return my call with a solution.  So far no return call.

    The setup process seems to give you very little time to enter the wifi password before timing out. I eventually got it working by copying the password into memory so I could quickly paste it into the password field. Hopefully that will help.

    Yeah, so little of time, it doesn't even show on the cell phone.  What is your solution?

    I had the same, you have to enter the password within a few seconds and it will connect, otherwise it will attempt and fail connection.
