    Hey just to let everyone reading this know: Withing has supplied the missing parts already, for free! This is GREAT customer service. I was afraid Withings might be one of those companies like Apple forcing you to buy new kit just because they've introduced some new charger cable or something. Or charge a ridiculous amount for some piece of plastic. But no, within a week I had the missing parts in ,y mailbox for free! The scales work brilliantly. I am glad I bought Withings.
    Giving credit where credit's due!

    How much time it takes to answer your request? I need help for this scale because I bought it used from another person and I have this message when I try to link it to my personal withings account "this scale already contains a lot of users".

    They can give you room by disassociating the scale from their personal space"
