3x reading BPM how to turn off

That’s my problem too. I had it reading my BP just once. Then I tried the three times reading just to see. Now I just want to do one reading like before. How do you go back to just one reading?

Turn on your device and then once it shows BPx3, press and hold the button and it should change to just one BP.

One more question what’s the phone number of the customer service to ask questions when problems are encountered. I went over the manual and I didn’t see any customer service phone number.
