Same thing here, except mine doesn't sync at all. This issue started when the Android app received its last update 4.9.1.
Tried to resync, remove the Strava link, keep the health mate app open until it synced but nothing has worked.

There is a work around which uses google fit.

If you have Google fit installed and linked to your watch then you can use that data in Strava. You will have to download all your google fit data from Google ([https://takeout.google.com/?pli=1](https://takeout.google.com/?pli=1))

From there you get a bunch of tcx files in date order which you can use to upload to Strava. That should upload all the relevant data (maps etc)

In the event that your activity does sync you will end up with 2 activities in Strava, one of which you can delete.

    Hope that helps.

I've found that the upload to Strave has stopped working too.  The last run I did that worked was on 24 April but I've done two runs since and neither have appeared in Strava.

There is a known issue on Stravas side. Use the work around above for the time being

Unfortunately the Google Fit workaround didn’t work for me - I ended up with lots of very short runs in Strava :-(
Have Strava acknowledged this problem publicly somewhere? I can’t spot it in the known issues.

That's annoying. There was something on the website I think. Can't remember where though. Sorry
