    If I understand the german well enough, after having the battery replaced the watch stopped working. That sounds exactly like my situation.

    I had the battery replaced by Timpson's in the UK. After replacing the battery the watch would not connect to the health mate app. The Timpson's person pressed the reset button on the back of the watch which was meant to result in the watch vibrating but nothing happened.

    The Timpson's staff member checked the original battery and said that it still had charge, I had the warning that the watch had gone into low power mode with 3 months of use left a few days earlier but otherwise was working fine, and that was why I got the battery replaced. They then opened the watch up again, restored the original battery, the watch still would not connect with the health mate app. They then pressed the reset button but the watch still did not vibrate. They then swapped the battery over again and we repeated the process. The hands don't move, the watch doesn't connect to the health mate app and seems completely dead.

    I left it with Timpson's for a week in the hope they could resolve things with Withings to get the watch working again, but nothing has happened, so i picked up the watch today with it still not working.

    As UKilian say, Wie kann ich Function aktivieren? or in English How can I get the watch to work again?

    Can someone help?

    I have had the exact same experience.  Battery replaced, watch dead.  I'm going to contact customer services to see what they can recommend.  If this is a feature of the watch, then I may be requesting a replacement as mine is only 8 months old.
