Samsung Health wont sync with Healthmate

UPDATE: August 28, 2020
Hi all,
Issues with Samsung Health and Health Mate Android syncing were resolved in update 4.10.1.
Please make sure your app is updated to the latest version and try re-syncing the apps. This may require an unlinking and relinking to reestablish the sync.

Hopefully they give us a solution. Permitted in both apps and uninstalled and reinstalled both, restarted phone, etc.

I am also unable to sync with Google health and I use it for my employer wellness program and am currently not getting credit for my activities

I have the same problem. I'm new to this app as I've just bought a set of Withings scales, and I can't get Healthmate to sync with either Google Fit or Samsung Health.

After installing yesterday Healthmate and Samung Health had immediate sync, but step count was way off. Uninstalled, reinstalled, and now they won't sync. Gone from bad to worse. Where is customer support on this issue??

I can honestly say that this is the worst customer support page I've ever come across. Hundreds of unanswered or ignored messages, the forum itself is almost as broken as the Health Mate app, and have you tried using the chat bot help??? I'd have more luck speaking to my cat!

Come on Withings, I realise you guys are working from home like most of us but please try and give us a fix? Even an acknowledgement that you are on the case would help.

I raised a support case for this and they said they know about it and it'll be addressed in the next update. No idea when that is however.

I've raised support tickets for several issues and get the same generic response. "We know, we're working on it, update coming"

Please know that our development team is aware of the issue and are working to resolve it in an upcoming version of the Health Mate app. I cannot give you an ETA as to when but rest assured that this will be resolved the soonest possible time.

Looks like this isn't working anymore. I can't enable the steps import option. I only see the screen for granting permissions, but I can't grant anything. So the import of steps isn't working anymore.

I ran into the same issue. I am using a work around at the moment. For anyone else having this issue, you can get around the app not syncing directly with S Health by downloading Health Sync and Google Fit. Use Health Sync to sync your S Health data into Google Fit and then connect Google Fit to your Withings Healthmate.

After restarting my phone, I was able to connect Samsung Health (steps) again

Samsung Health and Health mate does not sync. The both app's are connected but are working separately. I don't like false advertising. Please do not follow samsung in it. They also put functions on their watches that are not activated. For the rest I like your brand but very disappointed in the software of your apps. Why even syncing with Samsung? Why not improving your own app? Then you don't need to rely on others and you have all the info in one app. I hope soon on a update of your own app so we don't need Samsung or Google, I wished we didn't even needed strava. Would love to see in the withings app: stress level ; menstruation cycle. New year, new update ?Greetings Fleure
