My Move wont synchronise and wont let me reset it.

    Same here on two watches - nothing would reconnect it.

    The connection is unstable, and this is not really an issue, it is how Bluetooth LE works.

    Move will try to save battery by not staying connected all the time. Unfortunately, the app tends to lose connection very frequently (it is sometimes hard for me to set alarms) but a little patience will let it work: scroll down the app to force a sync, wait for the "connect" message and it should work afterward.

    I reset my watch a few times already and it always worked. If you are following the instructions properly and it doesn't work its probably an issue. Contact support.
