    It is the first company that I have ever come across that has not provided contact telephone numbers

    Hi

    I have had ten scales a few days - all seemed ok but today the scales (Body Cardio) have frozen in the “Setup Failed” screen and will not reset....and the info screen stays live with that msg.

    please advise what the next steps are
