The time digitally is correct - but the hands are wrong. How can I correct?

Greetings all! Just received my new Sport, and am having the same issue as above. But, it's off by 3 hrs. I set it in devices, looks good, hit next, set the steps hand, still good, hit next and it looses 3 hrs (roughly). Nothing magnetic, and fully charged. A bit irritating, the digital is spot on.
Thanks in advance.

I have had the Steel HR Sport for a while but it seems the hands show the incorrect time each time the watch is charged (the digital time is still correct), so need to calibrate after each time the clock is charged. Does somebody recognize this issue and know what to do? Thanks in advance!

I have had the Steel HR Sport for some 6 months, and have managed to live with the hour hand off by nearly 30min since the beginning. I have looked for solutions before, as have others obviously, done the reset more than once, and gotten nowhere. I am less concerned with the hour hand (I am retired, so I am not time-pressured as I once was), but the deadly silence on Withings part on this issue here tells me either 1- they know the problem and have no solution or 2- they just do not care because the watch has been sold. Neither choice speaks well to the company. The HR is a decent watch, but the watch face look, makes an another wise decent and functioning watch come across amateurish, at best. My daughter was interested - emphasis on the past tense
