    Hello Withings users, 

    Please note that the Health Mate app crash issue has been resolved in the lastest version (4.10.1) of the Health Mate app. Once you update Health Mate on the App Store, the app should open normally.

    I am experiencing exactly the same thing. This started happening yesterday morning. Would love to get an answer on this problem? I have an iPhone X

    Exact same problem on iPhone X since 17 May - on IOS 13.4.1 - any advice on fix??

    It seems they’re working on it, if you troubleshoot there is a message at the end.

    “There is currently an issue affecting the Health Mate version 4.10 on iOS which can cause the app to crash on launch. Our development team is working on an app update to resolve the issue. We apologise for the inconvenience.”

    I have the same problem with the app on my I phone 11 pro max glad it's just not me. I wonder how many months it will take withering's to fix it.

    It would be nice if withings made a statement on their web site about the app crashing Instead of trawling the forum to find out what was going on

    Same problem on iPhone 11pro. App recently updated as well as an Apple update. Data being stored in My Fitness Pal ok!

    Same problem for me since updating to the latest version of the app on ipad pro. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no joy. This was happening before and after updating the ipad to the latest ios.

    Was working brilliantly for 2 years.  Used daily.  Sleep apnea update 6 days ago.  Worked for 4 days.  Now just black screen of death. Stopped working. Still get notifications from my body weight scales so that part is working and the web site has the data.  Must be it has Covid—19?

    I’m on iPad an iPhone iOS 13.4.1. Was working on those both for 4 days after the app update. So not an ios problem I don’t think.

    This happened on Saturday for us. 3 family members with iPhones all have the same problem. The app won’t open. But we can still see our stats on the main website which is a small consolation while the problem is resolved

    Same here and the app stopped working for both of us on Saturday. No response to email to customer services.

    Same here. Stopped on Sunday for me so I’m frustrated it remains down. I note the comment higher up that says they are aware - but it’s taking a long time to fix! It stopped working before I took the latest IOS update (13.4.1?) and installing that didn’t help either.

    It's all working now! After I updated my Health Mate app to version 4.10.1, I can open it without crashing and all my data are still saved. Thank you for a fast solution.
