    Hello Withings users, 

    Please note that the Health Mate app crash issue has been resolved in the lastest version (4.10.1) of the Health Mate app. Once you update Health Mate on the App Store, the app should open normally.

    I have the same problem - worked yesteday - just stopped working today. I have also delete app and reinstalled - but still not loading

    I have the same problem it reloads but then just goes back to home screen when click into app.  Will,they fix it

    Yes I am having the same problem it crashes on opening. I wish they would properly test updates. I have three products now an need the app to work. Bad show Withings.

    I have deleted and reinstalled three times now. Even done a hard reset before the reinstall. Still nothing this is definitely an app problem. Come on please get it sorted.

    I’m having the same problem on my iPhone 7. Reinstalled twice and won’t open.

    Yeh they have definitely messed the app up in the latest update. I rely on this to send data to my GP in the current coronavirus situation. NOT impressed to say the least

    Yes, same problem for me. When I tried reinstall, it goes up to 51%, 70% them 90% and then crashes.

    My iPhone 8 and IPad mini are both having this problem. The app was working fine yesterday, today won’t load at all. Updated 3 days ago. Have e-mailed Withings support.

    Same here - the app worked fine yesterday but it now immediately crashes when launched on an iPhone 11 running the latest version of iOS. I have deleted and reinstalled but this has made no difference. Clearly a show-stopping bug

    Me too, try to open the app on my iPad, grey screen and then back to the iPad home screen.

    Same iPhone X App worked fine yesterday today crashes. Deleted and reinstalled got as far as signing in and crashed again now can’t even get that far!

    Same for me. Interestingly, I can’t access the online dashboard via a browser either. Is everyone else experiencing the same?

    Health mate no longer working on iPhone SE (13.4.1). Was working yesterday. Deleted and reinstalled but still the same problems. Perfect time to mess up an update?

    I can access dashboard through mac safari. I could access it through iphone safari. Now I cannot. It flashes off and on rapidly.

    Same here, crashes after login after deleting the app and installing.
    I notice the last sync from my watch was 21.20 last night, seems like something when wrong during the night. Very frustrating.

    Mine is crashing as soon as it started. Reinstalled & crashes as soon as you scroll. What is going on withings? We need this app. We paid for quality to monitor our own and our families health. Get it sorted Now!!!!!

    Don't even bother trying to get help from the little question mark and help button at the bottom right of this screen, just make a cuppa in a chocolate tea pot instead!

    Does anyone know how long it usually takes Withings to fix issues like this?
