    Same here.  I placed my order two weeks ago and there's been no movement or update at all.

    I placed my order about a month ago. I received the information that the shipment had been made. Nothing arrived. Then I tracked the shipping number and i read (unfortunately in french) that the shipment has been returned to Withings since we were unavailable. There was absolutely no information in our mailbox or at the entrance of the building about a delivery attempt from the courier. And of course there were two of us at home all the time - COVID stay at home !!!

    it is a pain indeed - I send them now daily reminders to get a refund which should have been processed a month ago.. it seems there is only 1 customer service agent for a global demand... just one recommendation to everyone who reads this - please do not buy anything from the web store but go to a physical shop instead!!!!.. online customer service is a big mess.

    They created a shipping label for my package but it has not had any activity at all. This is concerning. I’ve been waiting 10 days.

    I made 2 orders and first came in week but second i still in transit after a month.

    They created a shipping label also for my package but DHL says that they are still waiting the package from Withings...

    So now i cannot cancel the order myself and i can only to wait the order to be effectively shipped or that someone responds from  the customer service...

    same here! Just received info from DHL that the package was not received by DHL and therefore there is nothing that they can do for me.
    Withings did not ship the package, just stole money from me it seems 😔

    I made the order 7 Sep., got shipping confirmation 9 Sep. but DHL says they hasnt received the package yet.

    Yesterday i received an email from customer service, lets see how It goes.

    Its disappointing that they have created the shipping label, blocking the possibility of cancelling the order on the website. I would have cancelled the order and buyed the Watch from Amazon.

    This is so unprofesional. I'm still waiting for my order form 7 september, but today got an advertising email inviting me to buy scanwatch :) seriously?
