Hello, is there any way to contact withings to receive help on a missing shipment? I have scoured their website for several minutes but cannot find any way of contacting them for help. They are only interested in selling their products. Not at all interested to help dissatisfied customers who have not received their shipments.
It is ectremely frustrating.

I placed my order about a month ago. I received the information that the shipment had been made. Nothing arrived. Then I tracked the shipping number and i read (unfortunately in french) that the shipment has been returned to Withings since we were unavailable. There was absolutely no information in our mailbox or at the entrance of the building about a delivery attempt from the courier. And of course there were two of us at home all the time - COVID stay at home !!!

it is a pain indeed - I send them now daily reminders to get a refund which should have been processed a month ago.. it seems there is only 1 customer service agent for a global demand... just one recommendation to everyone who reads this - please do not buy anything from the web store but go to a physical shop instead!!!!.. online customer service is a big mess.

I made the order 7 Sep., got shipping confirmation 9 Sep. but DHL says they hasnt received the package yet.
Yesterday i received an email from customer service, lets see how It goes.
Its disappointing that they have created the shipping label, blocking the possibility of cancelling the order on the website. I would have cancelled the order and buyed the Watch from Amazon.
