    I solved the problem :)
I realized that my watch detects the activity cycling every time when I walk with my daughter in a stroller. My hands are not moving so the watch thinks I am cycling.
Now I hold the stroller with one hand, so my other hand (with watch) can move like I am walking.
Maybe this will solve your problem too.

I have the same problem, I get cycling detected when out with a stroller. Tho I don't think holding the stroller with one hand is a good solution.

I agree, they should sort out their algorithm. The Fitbit detects walking with a buggy
