As noted by a few users so far, the Health Mate app crash issue has been resolved in the lastest version (4.10.1) of the Health Mate app. Once you update Health Mate on the App Store, the app should open normally.

Was working brilliantly for 2 years. Used daily. Sleep apnea update 6 days ago. Worked for 4 days. Now just black screen of death. Stopped working. Still get notifications from my body weight scales so that part is working and the web site has the data. Must be it has Covid—19?

The Health Mate app not working on iPhone 8 Plus press the app black screen and then back to app page .
Phone running iOS 13.4.1 health 4.10 version , I have deleted the app and reinstalled but still not working , reboot phone still not working .
This app has worked fine for years until approx 2 days ago -
I'm in the same position. Click on the app and the screen goes blank. Have tried all on line recommendations and have reloaded the app four or five times. The app does come back but the moment I try and do anything, like scrolling down view something, the screen goes blank and the app will not open again. I have sent in two emails requesting assistance over the past few days but no response to date. I understand they are short staffed right now but hope they can help me soon as I have years of records that I need to maintain/review.

The app was working fine for months. I never updated. Then one day the app kept saying it lost internet connection. I can't pair new devices to the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it didn't fix the problem. I logged out and now I can't log in. It says, "ooops there seems to be connectivity issues." My device is Samsung Note 3 using Android 5.
Just tries to load and falls over. Useless.
