I am new to withings ecosystem, but I purchased the body+ and BPM connect, the scale worked fine until it started displaying 2 feet icons, I have to lift one leg up so that it will continue the measurement. The BPM synced before, now, it doesn't, while it shows my account name and a check mark, but the updates are not visible in the app nor the website. Sometimes, it will show under my account but on my wife's phone. I am suspecting that there is a competition between WiFi and Bluetooth, I set mine up for WiFi, but time to time, it will say on my phone that health mate is ready to receive info from Bluetooth or whatever, and plus, when I try to do the setup again, the BPM defaults to Bluetooth connection, and I think this is where my problems could be coming from. This is very disappointing, I bought those things because I don't want to be recording my blood pressure manually
