Hi,

I received my watch from Vitality Health to track my steps and it has completely stopped working.

They have asked for me to send it back to you and you will resend a new one.

Please can you advise.

My withings activite pop stoped working. I changed the battery and reset it but Health Mate can't find the watch. could someone tell me what to do to connect to my phone? I had no problem connecting it a year ago when I bought the watch.

My withings dispay only shows the date and time. Followed the instructions for having issues with display to disconnect from my phone. Now I cannot reconnect and the display still not working!
