Here's a good example, just finished a hike. Withings recorded it as a 7 mile, 1 hour 40 minute activity. I didn't pause or mess with the watch or app at any point during the hike, and when it exports to Strava it shows up as a 3 minute hike where I went .11 miles. Utterly useless.

Another update: just finished what Withings HealthMate recorded as a 2:31:05, 15.15 mile run. It exports to Strava as a 0:10:30, 2.81 mile run, just tracking the first 10ish minutes of the run. What gives? Would love someone from Withings to weigh in if they're aware of this issue.

Is anyone having any success with the Strava integration? It's been almost four weeks since any of my rides synced either with Strava or with the web instance of Health Mate. Rides are being properly logged on the Health Mate Android app on my phone though. There's also clearly some sort of Stava connectivity in place as I still get Strava notifications on my Steel HR Sport. I'm curious as to whether the loss of Strava activity data connectivity is universal, or if it's just some of us.

Per another thread where I commented: after emailing Withings support I was told that Strava integration would be fixed with the next update. Sure enough, things seemed better for a week or two. Now run distance, elevation and heart rate are all more broken than ever before as far as I can figure. I emailed customer support again (no answer yet) but I think I undersold how often the Strava sync doesn't work: I was thinking it was 1 out of every 2 or 3 runs but it's pretty consistently almost every GPS tracked run or activity. I'm not entirely sure how this Strava integration gets more broken every other week or so, bit somehow it's less functional than ever.

My Steel HR Sport hasn't synced successfully with Strava sine 25 May. There's clearly some sort of connection as Stava notifications still appear on my watch and my watch also tells me that my rides are ready to view in Strava (they are not). No ride data seems to pass through the integration though. Withings support are little better than useless and this forum seems to be ignored. I wonder if they're going bust? I hope not, but something smells.

Update, I'm pleased to say that since the recent update to Health Mate (5.0.1), Withings and Strava appear to be playing nicely with each other. That's based only on a limited amount of testing, but so far at least, things are looking good.
