    Hello,

While we await the highly anticipated enhancements to our sleep tracking system which was the winner of our poll; we are happy to share a quick piece about how the watch tracks sleep stages.

The sleep stages (e.g. light and deep) are measured based on wrist movement

I agree about the sleep tracking issue, and I have a very similar issue but with the Pulse HR. It seems like there's a defect in how they are calculating what a "nap" that may be causing this issue. I have only been using the tracker for less than a week, and the sleep tracking inaccuracy is starting to get a little bit frustrating as that's the main reason why i bought my tracker.

I observe the same issue with my steel HR, it never capture day time sleep even when i sleep for hours which looks to be a bug.

Also heart rate shows fluctuations and is reported on higher side most of the times.
