I too am extremely dissatified with sleep tracking support. There are 2 things: 1. I and many older adults get up during the night to go to the bathroom. More days than nit. I get NO sleep data. And when i do, it is incorrect 100% of the time. Ihis is unacceptable and your explanations (excuses) don't hold water. How do i know? I've taken to alsowearing my oldfitbit and am getting accurate readings every time. Even naps of which i take plenty, once i got older, and developed heart issues. Unless, your target audience is the young and healty, you need to accept this as a real issue and fix it. Because of my heart issue, i need to get enough quality sleep. (Hence the naps) i love my watch, but if you can't fix it, i will have to find another solution. Lastly, (again because of the heart issue), i need a way to accurately track my heart rate. During exercise, the number is sometimes funky. In the gym, a machine will register for example 110 and the watch will jump to 250. I would have to take it off for a bit.
