dann, Apparently not.  I just recently bought the BPM Connect.  I had the older model of Withings BPM die on me.  I had wanted to buy the BPM Core, but I waited forever and it still is not for sale in the US.  My wife and I frequently goof with the BPM connect readings because of the "tricky" button thing.  I still cannot find any place in Healthmate to reassign readings.  You would think that someone from Withings might actually read this forum and respond.

I've got a support inquiry to them. If I get a response I will post it here. Thank you for getting back to me.

Here is what I got back from Withings: Basically, it has to be assigned to the user on the BPM Connect.

    Hello Dann,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am really sorry to hear that you do not see a to reassign a reading from the BPM Connect to another user. I can certainly look into this for you.

In this case, please know that after taking a measurement the BPM Connect's display will show the name of the user to which the last measurement was assigned; this is typically the last user of the monitor. By pressing and holding the button, you can cycle through the list of users to find your name. Repeat the process of pressing and holding the button until you find your name and then press the monitor's button once to assign the measurement

Several seconds after taking a measurement, if you do not select a user, the monitor will automatically assign the measurement to the last user (the one shown on its display after taking a measurement). This can explain why measurements are being assigned to the wrong user.

dann,  Thank you for copying me on their response.  It amazes me that customer support groups in companies like Withings are trained to respond by providing a political answer in which they do not really address the original question.

You would think that if I had identified how you can reassign a weight measurement if you accidentally assign a weight to the wrong user by leaning the wrong way on the scale, that would be the basis for wanting to reassign a blood pressure measurement.

I cannot believe that their software developers do not recognize that it is easy to miss-press the single button on the BPM Connect and therefore, the ability to reassign a measurement in the Healthmate app would be a core capability.

In terms of software design, if you can reassign weight but not blood pressure, then the app does not have design symmetry.  Who reviews this software before release?  Do they ever conduct beta tests on functionality?  Wow, once again I am floored by lack-luster functionality in a product simply because of the lack of proper software management and apparently no interest in following up to fix an obvious gap in functionality.

dann, the only way that customers like us can get any momentum in correcting this type of behaviour by companies in their product development and support is to publicly post and explain as I have.  Perhaps social media can have a positive effect.

I found (no help from BPM Microsystems) that, in the timeline of the app, you can hold down your finger (long press) on the erroneous reading, then slide to the left, and you can delete the reading. Appearantly no way to re-assign the reading.
    Hope this helps!
