    Feel the same just kept talking with the ‘BOT’ couldn’t get anything at all get angry, looks good company but the least a callcenter or mail address or point of contact. Just have the postal address, doesn’t help too much.

    I'm waiting for 3 weeks now for an answer on a watch I've returned! Nothing so far... is the office closed due to Covid? if it is, due release some sort of comms on it!!

    me too sent my scale back with mailing label and no one communicates with me

    Same to me. I'm lucky, that my deals is Amazon. They gave me a replacement!

     

    14 days waiting for support - unacceptable!

    The goods have been returned 28/3 and they have acknowledged they’ve received it but Honeylou still hasn’t refunded the money, very poor customer service practices.

    The goods were returned 28/2 not 28/3. Dealing with this company is making me loose my mind, somebody HELP
