I’ve been trying to solve this sale problem for 2 years now. Nothing has worked and support is useless.

Actually just figured out how to fix it! Take out the batteries for 60 seconds and go through the setup process again, it wont delete your actual data🙏🏼🙌🏼

What do you mean by “go through the set-up process?”
Do I have to disassociate the device in the Health Mate app?

It added a second user just because I changed my email address and last name. It is irritating to have to move until the checkmark appears, plus doing that results in the BMI never appearing nor the trend line. This needs to be fixed, but I haven't been able to fix it, either.
