Data not syncing after 2nd account added

    I have similar issue. BPM connect will not add second account for my wife. No matter what I do.

    I have tried resetting device, deleting device from my profile, deleting it from bluetooth preferences. After factory reset tried adding to my wife's account. Device will not associate.

    Strangely it will retain old settings i.e. my profile even after resetting device. I bought it few weeks back. Have reached out to Withings.

    @ John - Not sure if you were able to resolve your issue; will appreciate any tips.

    I have the same problem adding two other family members.  Their BP won't send to their account for tracking.  Why  isn't there a customer support number?
