I have been using the BPM connect successfully for a couple of months. 3 days ago we added my wife and her separate account as a connection to the device. Since then, my data is not syncing with my account. My wife’s data will sync with her account.
chosen the correct person to attribute the measurement to on the device
Closed, then re-started the Health Mate app
Reset the WiFi for the BPM connect
Disaccociated the device with my account and re-established it
Re-booted my phone.
