I've only had my Steel HR for two and a half weeks. Two days ago my hour hand stopped working. Its stuck at 9. The digital time is correct. I've re-calibrated it and the hour hand won't move even when trying to move it via the app. I've done a factory reset on it. Nothing is working. HELP!

As has mine, in my first week. (Actually not certain the hour hand ever worked.)
I have a Steel HR, connected to an Android (Samsung Galaxy 8) device. When calibrating the watch to set the time, the spin-wheel and hour hand won't swing clockwise, only counter-clockwise - even after a full factory-reset, dissociate, re-pair. The hour hand then doesn't move (but everything else seems to work). Any other thoughts? -
It seems that you've done all the steps already. I think you should contact their customer support team directly at https://within.gs/help so they can further assist you.
