    I'm having the same problem. Just got mine today. Digital time correct, hands incorrect.

    Hi, I got no useful feedback from Withings but fixed mine by doing a factory reset on the watch. You then have to remove it from the bluetooth devices list and reconnect it. It's worked fine since!

    Press the button for 5 to 6 seconds. Press the button “Factory reset” is displayed. Press the button for one second until “Reset in 5 clicks” is displayed. Press the button five times to effectively reset your watch.
