    I guess this is a no then? The more issuew i get with my new scales, the more I want to throw them out of the window. Never get anyone to sort the issue with fitbit and scales not working and now this. So frustrating

    In theory, yes you can sync your Withings scales with Fitbit. You go to fitbit.com/weight/withings - the instructions are available on the FitBit site.

    However, the connectivity between the two has been broken since 20 August 2020 and FitBit say they don't know when they can fix the issue. There's numerous threads on the topic on the Withings and FitBit community boards.

    wow, wish I read this before buying the Body+. Couldn't get anything on the Fitbit forum either but I will post there as well so they know more users are coming along with this issue.

    frustrating situation. Usually Fitbit should be able to fix the issue  - connection is broken now since 6 weeks ...

    I agree this is very, very frustrating that the Body+ scale will not transfer the data to Fitbit.  I have been with both companies for years and no one seems to care if it gets fixed.
