For over a month GPS Tracking is not working. I start a running Activity on my Steel HR watch, the Bluetooth Connection Icon appears and, on opening the App on the iPhone, it shows that the Activity has started.
However, the Tracking now never works properly. All the GPS Tracking settings are correct in the iPhone App. Google Maps shows the correct position. But tracking either doesn't work.
Note, also, the Map in the iPhone App shows different data to the view in the online version.
Support appear to have completely washed their hands of it. Will not provide any other solution other than ensuring the settings are correct.
