I agree. The health mate app has a program for pregnancy but no follow up afterwards. It is evident that after giving birth, we will walking the baby in the stroller. Also, I would think it is pretty easy for health mate to estimate the number of steps taken based on the phone tracking: it can create a fancy map of the activity and the miles walked, the app could convert that into approximate number of steps based on height of the individual and then feed that back to the watch. Just a thought for the Withings team...
I'm constantly walking with a stroller and my watch always detects it as very slow biking. When I'm rollerblading I have to add it as ice skating :/
