Hi
I have tried to contact Withings by email but am getting no response. The new HR Sapphire I ordered and received this morning doesn't work (I think the bluetooth is faulty) but they don't have a phone line any more and nobody replies to emails (I have been waiting 3 weeks for a response about my old watch before I gave up and ordered a new one). Any suggestions as to how to get a replacement or my money back?

Reading these has been helpful. Withings have agreed that my watch should be replaced. It is still under 1 year guarantee
Now impossible to contact them. I will get refund from where I bought it from, but they cannot replace it.
Probably wise to give up on Withings.
Shame I really liked the watch... but too much hassle.

I have an account issue with my new BP Connect and Scales but there in no way to contact them. If I knew this before I bought I would never have bought at all. What are they frightened of I wonder? Rule number 1 in any business is good communication with your customers... do they not want their customers to stay with them?

I too have my problems with Withings!
Bought a Body Cardio. It was delivered and I tried to install it. I tried it! This type of scale can connect Iva Bluetooth but too via WLAN. But my scale was not accepting any WLAN setting! So I opened a support ticket. 14 days later with no response I called my dealer - AMAZON - for support. Nice and competent call, but Body Cardio did nothing. So they!!! gave me a replacement. One day later I got my scale, and it worked from the beginning.
Paul, you are right. Communication is number 1 for the customer.
The products coming from withing are really good normally. It's my third one. I think the dealer withing likes his customers,
But support in the time of Covid-19 or not, is absolutely unaceptable!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the Withings support. At first there were delivery problems. It was really nice that I got an answer about 3 weeks after the Scanwatch was delivered. I didn't need the answer anymore.
Now I have problems with the Scanwatch. The measurements are extremely bad and I want to exchange the watch. Unfortunately, this is not possible, as the support does not answer and there is no telephone support.
I think I'll wait a few more days and then get my lawyer to handle it.
