I have a Steel HR, purchased April 20. Order M8314196 Serial number 00:24:E4:7F:E5:9B
Watch was fine, everything worked fine. On June 20th, all sleep data stopped being logged. All step data also stopped being logged on June 20th.
Have tried calling on the phone, and the 800 doesnt work. Communicated via email, takes them 2 days for every single response. I've been told by them to reboot the watch, as well as factory reset the watch. Neither of those solutions fix the problem. Yesterday upon the factory reset, the watch now just sits at the HELLO! screen, the app does not locate nor recognize the watch. The bluetooth is working, because it does allow me to pair the watch to my phone. Thats it. I also allowed the battery to die, and then recharged it. The watch automatically went to the HELLO! screen.
Unable to reboot the watch now, unable to factory reset, unable to do anything at all but stare at a HELLO! screen. I am pretty unhappy right now. I just bought and received another Steel HR in white face for my wife, it arrived 2 days ago. I am having serious doubts and considering returning it, if this is the type of customer service I can expect.
I just want the watch to function and now I cannot use it at all. What must I do to get a real working solution from customer service?
