Swimming activity

Someone can help and explain why the Health Mate is not able to recognize a Swimming activity and recorded, like is doing with a Running activity, what happens here, I’m really confused, I already contact Support from Withings but they don’t reply to me When I explained and send pictures of it, all this happens with a iPhone XR and a Apple Watch 2, and I have scale Body+, thanks
