After taking a reading the data is downloaded onto the App However for heart sounds it only says 'data is processing'. It used to either say 'inconclusive result' or 'normal'.
The Health Mate App is in Android. Any ideas why it says this?

Have you tried logging out from the Health Mate and logging back in? If yes and if the app is still giving you the same message for your heart sounds measurements, it will be better to get help from the support team using this link https://support.withings.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
