    I have the same problem and I can't find a solution anywhere. Can anyone answere this question, please?

    J'ai le même problème depuis le le 7/08  lorsque j'ai voulu activer la nouvelle fonctionnalité du sleep. Depuis impossible de le calibrer. Cela fait 2 mois que j'échange avec le service client, qui n'arrête pas de me faire faire des manipulations que j'ai déjà fait des dizaines de fois mais ça ne change rien. J'ai demandé un échange du sleep mais ils ne répondent pas.

    I have the same problem, and it looks as though this original post was created two years ago and Withings has done nothing whatsoever to reply or address it. This is ridiculously pathetic customer support. I can't find the answer to this problem anywhere on the web, but I can assure you I will never buy another Withings product if this is how they support their customers. Totally unacceptable.  They've also disabled their email support so you can't reach a rep that way either.  Amazing.
