So I bought the Move ECG, which arrived yesterday. Happy with it so far, but the Health Mate app wasn't syncing with the MyFitnessPal app, so I followed the advice I found on this site to unsync the two apps, restart my phone, etc.
Upon trying to re-connect the two again I'm given this error message on my phone (image attached).
I've tried uninstalling both apps, creating new accounts for both, etc.
It's not the end of the world, but if I can't sync with the app that records food, calories, etc. with the one that records my steps and activity, then it's hard to really track my health and fitness. I would've thought this was a fairly basic thing to sort?
