    vielen Dank für Ihre Beiträge auf dem Forum. Paul, ich freue mich, Ihnen mitzuteilen, dass wir letzte Woche das neue Update iOS 5.4.1 veröffentlicht haben. Nachdem Sie Ihre App aktualisiert haben, sollte die Synchronisation Ihrer Daten von Ihrer Waage ins Health Mate wieder einwandfrei funktionieren. 

    Für alle andere Nutzer, falls Sie Ihre Geräte mit Health Mate nicht verbinden können, wenden Sie sich bitte an uns via https://within.gs/help. Ich bedanke mich nochmal bei Ihnen für Ihre Geduld und Ihr Vertrauen.

    hey.

    I did lose my cellphone and I am trying to install the helth app to an sony experi z1 compakt but it cant find the move vatch.

    I have the sleep mat it stopped showing any further data on the phone App 4 days ago to since there was an APP update.

    All started to synch and show data on the APP after about 5 days blank but yes great all working great again,

    i cant even pair and sync with the app   just got the watch today   completely useless    can anybody help?

    App is basically useless since an update yesterday. Takes about 5 minutes to display anything if I'm lucky. Cannot pull up trend screens at all.

    Hi there,

    My weight and other smart scale information is not syncing today, do you have an issue with your server ? . I have restarted my router etc and my wifi is fine.  yet hours have passed no sync from either of my 2 scales
